These guys were fantastic. A friend referred me to them &, after many months without my music playing properly, they had me fixed on the spot. Super nice, totally affordable, & im walking away a happy customer who will absolutely be back. Love supporting my small businesses too. Thank you Bill & Randy.

Xtreme Sounds was good to me.. I’ve came from Hook It Up Car Customs to Xtreme Sounds to get a second opinion about the AudioControl LC2i Pro converter. Originally the guy there told me it ain’t worth a damn in hooking up so I went to Xtreme Sounds about it & Tom told me it was worth it. I got it hooked up, tuned up & even got my amp tuned by Randy who I think did a fine job on everything. Overall & more it was worth hooking up in my car & I’m glad that I did get a second opinion on it.

Been trying to get a appointment since before Christmas and kept getting the run around. Finally got a appointment for February 2 2026 but the day of they said they couldn't hook my system up because they didn't have a diagram for my car, a 2026 toyota camry hybrid. They said they would give me a call back in 5 to 10 mins to let me know if they think they could still do it. It's been 5 hours and they still haven't called me back. I'm glad though because I ended going to EXCESSIVE SOUND on colerain as a walk in and they got it hooked up in 2 hours. Come to find out Jerry, the owner of EXCESSIVE SOUND was employed with Xtreme Sound for 20 years before leaving and starting his own shop. Thanks for the spin move because I ended up finding a new shop that will forever have my buisness!

I went there to get a radio installed and ended up feeling belittled. I’ve been to this shop plenty of times before, and the heavier-set guy that usually helps me is always very nice and respectful. But this time a different guy helped me β€” an older white man with glasses. Before he even knew what kind of radio I had, he immediately said, β€œWe have a hard time with those cheap radios and sometimes don’t install those cheap radios.” I told him it wasn’t cheap and that it was actually very expensive to me. He replied, β€œOh yeah? Well it looks cheap. Where did you get it?” I told him Amazon. After he finally looked it up and realized it could be installed, he offered to set up a time and date. But the issue wasn’t whether he could install it β€” it was the way he talked to me in front of other customers. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. Honestly, I should’ve known better than to return. The last time I went there, they installed my subs but put the negative and positive wires in the wrong spot, and they didn’t hide the amp or the wiring properly. I guess that’s what you get going to a cheap shop with cheap prices, but his attitude is what really made up my mind not to go back.
